My period ranges from 35-45 days, and around the 25 or so day i tested positive for ovulation, so hubby and I babydanced. When should I feel syptoms ?

I am 23 years old. Every time around my period, I feel like I am pregnant, but I always get my period.
Why do my premenstrual symptoms almost exactly like pregnancy symptoms?
Is there anything I can do for this?
PS.- Birth control in not an option as per I have a condition that responds badly to it.
