Mommy of 2 asked:
I’ve breastfeed both my children. My daughter for one year and my son (still breastfeeding him) - going on 18 months. I’ve heard that it takes 3 years for your ***** to return to ‘normal’ - is this true?

Does breastfeeding really help you to drop the baby weight?

Charley asked:
I’ve gained 35 pounds so far in my pregnancy, which is ok according to my doctor. I’m planning on breastfeeding and supposedly that helps you lose your baby weight relatively fast. Has anyone else found this to be true? If so, could you share your epxeriences with me?
I’m not exactly “concerned” about my weight and my baby’s health is my #1 priority. I just wanted to know if this concept was fact or fiction.

Mummy2Luca asked:
Do you just put you swimmers on and hop in? Have you ever leaked when in the water? Just want actual mums stories. Im sure there’s lots of you who have gone swimming while your still breastfeeding.

I am still breastfeeding and not supplementing. My baby is 8 months old. Would it be normal to start again and dose it depend on how much he is eating when I get it back?

My son is 8 months old and exclusively breastfed. He also snacks throughout the day on things like Cheerios and mashed fresh fruit.

Am I supposed to be giving him “three meals a day” plus breastfeeding, or at 8 months is breastmilk alone supplying all of his nutritional needs?
Does she need more iron than the breastmilk provides? Also, what is the deal with plain rice cereal - I’ve seen lots of mothers criticizing it!

In a lot of Q&A that I read, people state that breastfeeding makes toddlerhood so much easier, but no one really specifies how or why.

Can those with experience please tell me more about this? I am hoping to breastfeed into my son’s toddlerhood.

NR asked:
I have 20 lbs to lose. And I really wanna lose it. I am losing weight slowly. A pound or two a week. Does this ever plateau or will I continue to lose it til its gone. My Dr said breastfeeding is like running 3 miles a day. If that were the case, the weight would be gone by then.
