Ok basic scenario is this..

I was looking online for a new pushchair and found one I liked on a site I had never heard of. This pushchair costs 350 pounds so I wanted to check out the site to make sure it all seemed above board.
I added the pushchair to my shopping basket so I could go to the checkout and have a look to see if it looked legit. (I’ve always been a bit wary of buying online) Before I could go to the checkout I had to create an account with the company giving them my personal details but no bank details.
I then received an email from them the next day saying they had received my order but as no payment had been received they could not process it. I thought this strange as I hadn’t given them any bank or credit card details and I certainly hadn’t ordered it.
Yesterday the pushchair turned up at my door. I was working at the time and my partner signed for it as he thought I’d been a bit sneaky and bought it without telling him. A invoice was included but no bill and I haven’t heard anything from said company.
My partner wants to keep it and thinks I’m crazy for even considering phoning the company to arrange to pay for it but I’m worried I’ll have buggy baliffs banging down my door! What are my legal rights in this situation? I dont want to be dishonest but after everyone telling me I’d be mad to pay I’m now in two minds…

I got given a Mothercare Nixi pushchair when i had my baby. Unfortunately the person who gave it to me still needed the car seat. Can i purchase the car seat separately or is there a car seat that will fit it?
