I brought this pump just before my baby was born. i have used it a very few times. The good thing about the pump is it is easy to wash and assemble , very simple. But it is too tiring for your hands , you have to hold the bottle with one hand and the other hand to keep pumping which is really painful and it takes too much time. Itis useful only when your breasts are engorged other wise it makes your nipple very sore. I think it is better to get an electric pump expecially when you plan to use it so frequently- not at all useful for working mums who need them the most.Think before you buy- though electric pumps are expensive there is not much hassle in expressing.Dr Browns Manual Breastpump
